House Rules

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

All guests shall abide by Airstream by the Sea’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation and our pet policy and pet fee of $65 are agreed upon.

*There is a 2 dog maximum with a 50lb maximum weight
* Dogs are prohibited on the bed, sofa and furniture.
* Dogs are not left alone in the accommodation.
* Dogs must be kept on a leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
* Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog.
* Guests must bring your dogs bowls and bed.
* Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed.

Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without prior permission.

Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

Our 31ft 1973 Land Yacht Sovereign Airstream has been restored far beyond its former glory and custom-designed to include everything you need and nothing you don’t. For the nostalgic at heart, this cosy tiny home offers modern luxuries and vintage vibes that blend together effortlessly. Features include:

The Bed
A comfortable queen bed outfitted with fresh white linens, pillows, and cozy throw blanket with reading lights and USB outlets on both sides. The bed is in view of a window, so you can wake up to jungle views. If you don’t want to wake with the sun, you can pull down the blinds and sleep in.

The Mini-KitchenOur kitchen has a sink with filtered drinkable water, fridge & freezer, oven, cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, Vitamix blender, toaster, dishware and cookware.

The Bathroom
Our Airstreams feature a toilet and hot shower that is stocked with organic and biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Aromas. Bath towels are also provided.

The Garden
We have purposefully designed our garden with exclusively native plants. The flora and fauna attracts a host of local wildlife including squirrels, hummingbirds, butterflies, monkeys, and iguanas. In the shared area between the Airstreams, you’ll find the surf board bodega and bicycles. There is also a fire pit where you can hang out and grill, and a pingpong table available for all guests to enjoy.

Pet Policy
We love dogs ! Airstream by the Sea welcomes all well-behaved dogs with their owners for an additional fee of $65.00. There is a 2 dog maximum with a 50lb maximum weight each, and we ask that you comply with a few simple requests.

* Dogs are prohibited on the bed, sofa and furniture.
* Dogs are not left alone in the accommodation.
* Dogs must be kept on a leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
* Guests are responsible to clean up after their dog.
* Guests must bring dog bowls and bed.
Guest access
Our Airstreams & property are secured by a digital lock code, which we provide to you the day before your check in date. This makes check in and check out seamless and easy. There’s no front desk, so you don’t have to wait on anyone for access. All your belongings are secure in the Airstream, but please take normal precautions as you would when traveling. (don’t leave valuables unattended).

Guests will have the Airstream and its private outdoor deck area to themselves as well as their own private outdoor shower. On the property, we have another vintage Airstream but we have tried to space everything thoughtfully and have landscaped the gardens to provide a lush garden with lots of nature for privacy. There are a few shared areas including a communal fire pit/BBQ area, Ping Pong table. There is also ample off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
Additional notes
On the property, there are two airstream suites each sharing a communal garden oasis Fire pit and ping pong table.
Guest interaction
We are adopting a contactless check-in, but are available to answer any questions if needed.
Neighborhood overview
Our property is located on a quiet residential street in North, Playa Guiones just a 3-minute walk to the North Guiones beach entrance. This area is home to Nosara’s most exciting restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Getting around
Everything you need is a short walk in all directions, whether restaurants, beach, morning coffee or shopping boutiques. we have 4 beach cruiser bicycles are guests are welcome to use. we can also help arrange transport if you wish to explore further afield. We are always happy to help with planning any aspect of your trip :-)
